Teacher Appreciation Week
May 5-9

Monday-Bring a Flower to School Day-If each student brings in a flower for their homeroom teacher, then their teacher will have a nice bouquet to brighten their day and to enjoy all week.

Tuesday-Pamper the Teacher Day-Bring in an item for your teacher to use for herself/himself. (Suggestions: nail polish, lotions, nail file, facial products, manicure and/or pedicure products, etc.)

Wednesday-Stock Up the Classroom Day-Bring in school supplies for your teacher. (Suggestions: pencils, pens, dry erase markers, notepads, sticky notes, copy paper, Kleenex, etc.)

Thursday-School's Out for Summer Day-Bring in something you teacher would enjoy during the summer. (Suggestions: paperback books, suntan lotion, gift certificate for a movie rental, etc.)

Friday-Treat the Teacher to Dinner-Bring in a dollar for your teacher so that he/she doesn't have to worry about dinner tonight. 
A nice touch would be to put the dollar in an envelope with a kind note letting your teacher know how much you appreciate him/her.

P.S. We would like for our teachers to enjoy their luncheon on Tuesday and not have to hurry back to the classroom.  In order to do that we need parents to volunteer to watch their child's class for thirty minutes.  Please contact the teacher that has your child after lunch and offer to watch his/her classroom for them.
